I had a wonderful stay at this hotel - from the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by friendly staff who provided excellent service. The room was clean, tidy, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were clean and fresh. The shower had great water pressure and the water was consistently hot. The view from my room was exactly as advertised, and it was a joy to wake up to. The host ensured that the room was warm and cozy before my arrival, with the heat pump already on. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cranford oak was perfect for us. Centrally suitated, which enabled it to be our base whilst we did day trips around the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and made our stay very good.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable, but on the small side. The ensuite was exceptionally nice, and the bed comfortable. The "kitchen" had all the necessary items for an extended stay. The location is a bit out of the main part of town, but that was good as it is in a quiet neighborhood setting and on a bus line.
The lighting in the room seemed dim for working, a feature in most nz hotels due to the flourescent light bulbs in use. It would have been nice to have a work light at the table/desk that some similar motels have provided.

The room was very clean, good size for 2 people, free internet. The hotel owners/staff were very pleasant and helpful!
The spa is a bathtub size, with jets for the spa. Paid very little extra for the room, so this was not a big deal.
